As an AR Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our facility and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable records and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions
• Generate and send out invoices to residents and families in a timely manner
• Work closely with residents and families to address any billing inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with the billing department to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and track delinquent accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team to promote a positive and supportive work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or billing is highly desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
